HashChain Technology (OTC:HSSHF) adds pair of directors

HashChain Technology (TSXV:KASH) (OTC:HSSHF) has added [s] Cube executives Haileab Samuel and Alan Poirier and to its board in place of Nitin Kaushal and Aaron Bowden.

Mr. Samuel is the CEO of the information technology services company located in Schenectady, New York.

“Known as a turn-around expert, Haileab has consistently been able to drive measurable improvements in client satisfaction, productive and quality,” HashChain said in a statement. “He is accustomed to delivering results in highly demanding and mission-critical environments where there is little room for error and the need to have a swift, successful impact.”

Prior to joining [s] Cube, Mr. Samuel was an IT Executive at the General Electric’s research and development facility where he managed and maintained the entire global application portfolio. He was also an executive at Xerox’s litigation services division.

Mr. Poirier has been a technical executive for more than 15 years with expertise in the design, development and implementation of leading-edge technologies, systems applications and operations. In his current role as [s] Cube CTO he specializes in evaluating client needs and delivering appropriate technology solutions. Prior to [s] Cube Mr. Poirier worked for Accela Inc., a cloud-based permit and licensing provider where he was the lead architect for large municipal implementations. He also spent nine years as a manager with Xerox Litigation Services.
