Legaltech BlockDrop partners with crypto data and research firm Brave New Coin

BlockDrop, an interactive online library of legal resources tailored to the crypto and blockchain space, is partnering with cryptocurrency data and research company Brave New Coin. The partnership will provide Brave New Coin’s existing user base with access to a large number of interactive legal resources to navigate the blockchain and crypto space, while also allowing BlockDrop’s client base to utilize Brave New Coin’s market insights.

BlockDrop offers industry-focused resources frequently updated to keep pace with the ever-evolving blockchain industry and current law and regulations. Similarly focused on providing institutional-grade data, tools, and resources, Brave New Coin will expand its support for industry growth through its new collaboration with BlockDrop.

Brave New Coin’s user base will have the opportunity to access legal documentation from BlockDrop’s suite of resources, including curated documents on crypto fund formations, ICO mitigation, STOs, and digital asset exchange guidance.

The announcement follows a number of developments for both partners, including the addition of Brave New Coin’s Bitcoin and Ethereum liquid indices to Nasdaq’s Global Index Data Service. BlockDrop will soon release its new suite of litigation and SEC enforcement action resources, and has onboarded several industry-leading legal professionals, including Christopher Austin of global law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, and Scott Kimpel of global law firm Hunton Andrews Kurth. Recently, BlockDrop also completed a landmark integration with iManage, an industry-leading document management system which greatly benefits many of BlockDrop’s AmLaw subscribers.
